Product Manager, Technology and Cyber Strategy

The Product Manager, Technology and Cyber Strategy, plays a pivotal role in aligning product solutions with the strategic objectives of various business units, including Investment, Asset Management, Development, Property Management, and other Shared Services. Reporting to the Director, Technology and Cyber Strategy, this position requires strong product management experience, advanced analytical skills, and an ability to thrive in a high-achievement, dynamic environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director, Technology and Cyber Strategy to manage the technology roadmap. Interface with data science, infrastructure engineering, and enterprise IT services teams to extend the model used for Operational Technology (OT)-as-a-Service to IT.
  • Drive daily product management for multiple infrastructure and analytics products, maintaining Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), managing user stories, identifying and controlling risks and issues, and reporting on business value using the Atlassian stack.
  • Champion scalability of processes and tools within Atlassian and Azure/Power BI to ensure the product stack can scale, including features and bugs management, documentation, financial management integration, and technical platform scaling.
  • Establish a quarterly cadence to measure business value/ROI, and report on risks and issues.
  • Comfort with working in an unstructured environment, with the ability to self-start, take ownership of tasks, and operate with limited oversight.
Skills and Experience:
  • Familiarity with product-based delivery models and the ability to report business value effectively.
  • 3-4 years of progressive product management experience, ideally within an internally-focused product stack.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various layers in a technology product, from the user interface (UI) to the reporting layer.
  • Comfort with database concepts and willingness to develop cybersecurity domain knowledge with a focus on Operational Technology (OT).
  • Demonstrated experience with SaaS-based products.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with an understanding that this role requires working with a customized Agilefall delivery model.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence and Jira or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new project management tools.
