Senior Project Manager

You Will
• Lead the charge of Agile services delivery for clientsʼ cloud transformation journeys
• Help the team adopt and improve agile methods and practice that lead to the successful delivery of services
• Assist in team development and holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks, and leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
• Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and maintain costs to remain within or under budget
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Facilitate internal communications and be the point of contact with external stakeholders
• Estimate and track project velocity, costs, develop resource plans and work to assess potential issues and risk
• Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to high-quality standards at the end of each sprint/release
• Identify and provide recommendations for process improvement in the delivery of projects

You Have
• 3+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• Post-Secondary education
• PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
• Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
• Ability to grasp high-level technical concepts quickly
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
• Strong time management skills
