Key Responsibilities:
Platform Implementation and Configuration:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Real-Time CDP, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and tools.
Configure data schemas, segments, and activation workflows to meet project requirements.
Data Strategy and Architecture:
Design and implement scalable data ingestion processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with security and privacy standards.
Establish a unified customer profile by integrating data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, marketing platforms, and transactional databases.
Real-Time Data Activation:
Develop real-time data activation strategies to enable personalized customer experiences across various touchpoints.
Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting initiatives to drive actionable insights.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to align on project goals and deliverables.
Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for leveraging Adobe Real-Time CDP.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and analyze platform performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.
Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights and demonstrate project success.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven expertise in Adobe Customer Real-Time Data Platform (CDP) with a track record of successful implementations.
Strong understanding of customer data management, including data integration, identity resolution, and real-time activation.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and its ecosystem (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer).
Proficiency in data architecture, SQL, and API integrations.
Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with enterprise-level clients, preferably in the professional services or financial sectors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Certified Expert in Real-Time Customer Data Platform or related certifications.
Background in marketing technology, data analytics, or customer experience management.
Experience with other customer data platforms or marketing automation tools.
