We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HR Functional Consultant to support and enhance our Oracle EBS HCM environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on functional experience in Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, OTL, iRecruitment, and related integrations. This role will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable HR solutions that align with organizational goals.
Lead the functional analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle EBS HR modules.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
Configure and maintain HR-related modules, including Core HR, Payroll, OTL, iRecruitment, and Self-Service HR (SSHR).
Collaborate with technical developers to design and test customizations, interfaces, and reports.
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal impact to users.
Deliver end-user training and create documentation such as user guides, SOPs, and functional specs.
Work closely with HR and Payroll departments to ensure compliance and accurate system functionality.
Stay updated with Oracle’s product roadmap, patches, and new feature releases relevant to HCM modules.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 HR modules.
Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices, especially as implemented in Oracle EBS.
Experience with Oracle Payroll and related legislation rules and configuration is a plus.
Strong knowledge of SQL and the ability to work with Oracle tables and reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher, OTBI).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist – EBS HR or Payroll.
Experience with global implementations or multi-country payroll environments.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM is an advantage.
