We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Application Integration Lead to drive end-to-end integration design and delivery across our Oracle EBS ecosystem. This role is pivotal in bridging Oracle EBS modules with external systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient data flows aligned with business objectives.
Lead the integration strategy, architecture, and delivery for Oracle EBS (R12 or Cloud-integrated) across modules such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, and Projects.
Design, build, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
Oversee integration testing, data validations, and cutover activities for EBS-related projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in a timely manner.
Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.
Support upgrades, enhancements, and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to integrations.
Document integration flows, architecture diagrams, technical designs, and operational procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS, with at least 3 years in an integration leadership role.
Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules and integration techniques.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and API-led connectivity.
Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, Web Services, and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control systems, and CI/CD tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Oracle certifications (OIC, SOA, or EBS) are advantageous.
Experience integrating Oracle EBS with cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, AWS, etc.).
Prior involvement in Oracle EBS cloud migration or hybrid ERP environments.
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing) with strict compliance requirements.
