We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Application CEMLI Lead to take ownership of Customizations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations, and Integrations (CEMLI) within our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. This role will lead the technical design, development, implementation, and support of EBS custom solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, Oracle best practices, and performance standards.
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS custom components (CEMLI).
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code, adherence to standards, and timely delivery.
Own and maintain the CEMLI inventory, documentation, and compliance with Oracle’s support policies.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical testing of CEMLI objects.
Ensure customizations are forward-compatible with future Oracle upgrades or patches.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for CEMLI architecture and integration strategy.
Oversee integration points with other enterprise systems (e.g., cloud platforms, middleware, third-party applications).
Lead impact assessments and remediation planning during Oracle EBS upgrades or changes.
Provide production support and issue resolution for custom components.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x), with at least 5 years focused on CEMLI development.
Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF (Oracle Application Framework), and Workflow Builder.
Solid understanding of Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, or Projects.
Experience with EBS APIs, Web Services, and integration tools (e.g., SOA Suite, OIC, Oracle Integration Cloud).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in agile or hybrid SDLC environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Oracle EBS upgrade or re-implementation project experience.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of ITIL or experience in a structured application support environment.
