We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials modules and will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing financial systems and business processes. This role requires fluency in both English and French, and preference will be given to candidates based in or near Montreal, Quebec.
Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle EBS 12.2.x ,GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, WebADI)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for functional issues within the Oracle EBS Financials suite
Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FDDs, and training materials
Participate in system upgrades, patching, and data migration activities
Conduct user training and support UAT activities
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and audit requirements
Work closely with technical teams (developers, DBAs) to ensure seamless integration and performance
5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM)
Proven track record in full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations and/or major upgrades
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Cloud Financials migration is a strong asset
CPA or equivalent accounting background is a plus
Located in Montreal or willing to relocate; hybrid or onsite availability is preferred
