About The Role
You will be part of a group dedicated to supporting external clients with consumer insights and industry benchmarks on North American wealth management. You will support the operation, analysis, delivery, and strategy of our proprietary products - with specific focus on our firm-level Wealth Management
performance diagnostic and our consumer survey of investors in US and Canada.
In this role, you'll work with external clients to collect data, assess performance, and provide client executives with insights into their competitive positioning. With guidance from our products owners, you will manage complex datasets, conduct primary research, produce benchmarks, craft presentations, build industry knowledge, and
develop wealth management expertise that help solve client challenges with real impact.
Over time, you will lead this product’s strategy – understanding how it’s positioned in the market, how we can maximize its value for our clients and for our firm, and where to innovate it. You will leverage strong analytical, project management, storyboarding, business and communication skills to be successful.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of data analysis experience in using complex datasets, online research, and/or performance benchmarks to drive and deliver insightful output
• The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines within a high energy, fast-paced and evolving environment
• Expertise in using Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of visualization software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) or analytical tools (e.g. VBA, SQL) a plus
• Experience in banking and financial services, with strong preference to wealth management
• An applicable University Degree
