Sr Product Designer

Remote, Canada

The Role

We are a complex, workflow-heavy B2B platform. Think structured content hierarchies, multi-channel asset distribution, integration workflows, and a user base that ranges from sales and marketing teams to technical product managers at manufacturing companies. This isn't a role for someone who waits for a fully-baked brief.

For the right designer, this is a rare opportunity. You'll have genuine ownership over the direction and craft of a platform that's still being shaped, with the ability to leave a real mark on how it's built, how it feels, and how it grows. You'll work directly with a PM and a small, tight product and design team, owning end-to-end from discovery through shipped product.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end product design, from early problem framing through final QA
  • The design system, stewarding what exists and evolving it as the platform grows
  • UX research and customer insight gathering. You won't wait to be handed findings
  • Close collaboration with the PM to shape product definition, not just execute on it
  • Cross-functional partnership with engineering to ensure quality delivery
  • Contributing to a shared design language with our other designer as the two platforms converge

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS environments, with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-workflow products end-to-end
  • Experience designing complex, data-rich, workflow-driven products. PIM, DAM, CMS, ERP-adjacent, or similar platforms is a strong differentiator
  • Figma is your primary design environment
  • Comfortable running your own research. Usability testing, customer interviews, and tools like Hotjar are part of how you work, not someone else's job
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy. You can move from ambiguity to clarity without needing it handed to you
  • Strong enough to push back, collaborative enough to bring people along
  • Familiarity with design systems and the discipline to maintain them under shipping pressure
  • AI is part of how you work, whether that's accelerating your design process, generating context for collaborators, or contributing to how design fits within an AI-assisted delivery pipeline. We're moving toward a model where design outputs inform and enable the whole team, not just handoff to engineering
  • Based in Canada, available for occasional company-wide travel
