Your primary goal will be to design UX/UI for the next generation of a community platform. They expect you to have an evolved understanding of how people use their devices across multiple platforms, the flexibility to adapt to new technologies, and a robust toolkit.
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent and minimum 6+ years of solid design experience in websites, apps and other mobile interfaces across multiple platforms
Real-world projects that illustrate how you’ve turned user research into products and concepts that delivered results
Ownership of a successful body of product design work, with an emphasis on solution rationale
A collaborative team player with experience in working in an agile environment with Product Managers
Ability to think deeply about how your designs will fit into peoples’ lives
Ability to write and present ideas to internal stakeholders and clients
Understanding and cherishing the UX, UI and behavioral patterns
Experience in developing and maintaining design systems
Creative problem-solver who can iterate with low-fidelity sketches of workflows and translate those into beautiful high-fidelity designs using Figma and other relevant design tools
Create intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct research and synthesize findings, identify opportunities, and translate those opportunities into possible solutions
Validating hypotheses by facilitating user testing workshops, synthesize results and developing personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
Present design approaches and articulate its value to the team
Hand over design assets through Figma and collaborate with developers in building the best user experience
Rapidly delivering validated, high-quality products to market using best-in-class agile practices
