Salesforce Project Manager
Role and Responsibilities
·        Active project management part on larger engagements.
o   Scope and change management; budget and status updates.
o   Facilitating work execution and resource management
o   Communications with customer and internally; including, but by no means limited to, status reports
o   Organizing project information and ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality
·        Weekly touchpoint on all active projects: budget, scope and change management
o   Preparing and delivering budget summaries on projects
o   Reconciling time booked by resources to ensure alignment with invoicing
o   Using weekly updates as a means to ensure scope/change is being managed
·        Best practices
o   Disseminating best practices across the entire Salesforce team in terms of project delivery
o   Turning good ideas into repeatable processes
o   Ensuring customers are 100% satisfied and 100% referenceable
Experience and Requirements
·        University degree
·        10 years business experience with a minimum 5 years in project management/execution
·        Consulting experience and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
·        Experience implementing CRM and/or ERP software
·        Salesforce certifications and/or experience a plus; it will be a requirement that the successful candidate gains a Salesforce consulting certification within 6 months of joining the company
·        PMI and/or ITIL certifications a nice to have
·        Must be able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
·        Superior communication skills, marked by empathetic approach to understand others’ perspectives
·        Flexible and adaptable; able to deal with constant change and challenges
·        Team player; able to manage challenges with suasion and effective communication approach
