Moreover, it also houses a robust ticketing system to help back office staff handle support-level tickets as well as gain insights and analytics into usage of the system.

As a full-stack engineer you will own key parts of the infrastructure: starting with the robust ticketing system and the underlying platform that stores and serves all of our interactions.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Collaborate with ML Engineers to design and implement new techniques to surface valuable information from user documentation for use in an information retrieval system.
Own the ticketing system as well as the underlying interaction platform backend.
Be a leader and expert on frontend matters both through owning the largest customer facing component in the company as well as through providing expertise throughout the engineering team.
Make use of cloud solutions in AWS + help plan and implement the long term vision of our cloud infrastructure with an eye towards explosive growth.
Interact and work with new customers directly to understand their specific needs and resolve any initial issues.
Contribute to engineering discussions by lending technical expertise and contributing to planning on other projects.
Required skills and experience:
3-5 years of experience in software development.
Experience with Python and JavaScript.
Previous experience having been the full owner of full stack products/features: including ability to manage software products, communicate with product team members etc.
Ability to make informed decisions trading off speed versus stability depending on business needs.
Either based in North America or availability to work the hours required to collaborate with a North America based team.
Desirable skills and experience:
Experience working in early stage (series A or earlier) startups.
Experience using Amazon Web Services.
Comfort working in a fully remote environment.
Experience with decentralized/Microservice based systems
Vue.js experience
Familiarity with MongoDB and postgres databases.
Previous experience in the customer support and helpdesk software solution space.
