Business Consultant

We are seeking Business Consultants to join our growing team! Consultants are responsible for designing, building, and deploying sales performance management systems on our partner platforms.

What you will do:
  • Derive and understand client business needs, and document findings
  • Work closely with team leaders and specialists in solution design
  • Configure ICM system to meet requirement needs
  • Design and implement data extract/transform/load strategies
  • Coordinate quality assurance and testing phases of projects
  • Work with clients to assess readiness and plan for system roll-out
  • Assist project manager with supporting deployed projects

What you will need:
  • University degree in computer science, math or engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in a software development or analyst role
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
  • Experience with major relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Must be comfortable with learning new software
  • Proficiency in SQL and writing design specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work well in teams

Other experience that is nice to have:
  • Microsoft SQL Server, Informatica, Varicent, Xactly
  • Web technologies such as JavaScript, XML, CSS, and HTML
  • BI Cognos reporting
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
