Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant 

Our client, a technology consulting firm, aims to help businesses reach their full revenue potential by aligning strategy, process and technology. They offer deep expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, RevOps, and data integration platforms, assisting their clients to optimize their entire revenue tech stack. They’re hiring a Salesforce Architect/Developer to join their fast growing team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Client Delivery

  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and recommend future state process designs

  • Document business requirements, user stories, tasks, test plans, and definitions of done

  • Configure Salesforce and related tools including fields, objects, workflows, flows, and Apex

  • Perform thorough testing to ensure quality

  • Develop and manage end to end project plans for Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other implementations

  • Forecast work and deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Provide guidance on data architecture, integrations, migrations, and analytics

  • Manage project stakeholders, conduct regular meetings, and ensure alignment on decisions

  • Provide training to support user adoption of new functionality

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, developer, or consultant

  • Salesforce CPQ certification required

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices

  • Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies

  • Experience leading large scale Salesforce implementations

  • Bachelors degree or higher

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non technical audiences

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Ability to understand complex business processes and design effective solutions

  • Proficiency with enterprise level business applications and Salesforce development practices

  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and client expectations

  • Ability to motivate and lead project teams

Preferred Experience

  • Experience as a director or manager of a business systems team

  • Experience with Salesforce products including CPQ, Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or industry clouds

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The current salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 USD annually.
