ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is seeking an Analyst, Strategic Capital Management to join the Toronto team reporting to the
Chief Capital Officer. This role will be working closely with Associates on the team on capital raising focused
initiatives for existing and prospective investors as well as strategies related to managing investor relationships.
The candidate will be responsible for updating data in the CRM and utilizing its data to produce reports, as well
as serving as a liaison between investors, our investor portal service provider and technology team to ensure a
seamless investor portal experience. The successful incumbant will be both externally facing and internally integrated with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, finance, investment and mortgage professionals and asset management.

Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role
• Daily management of investor inquiries relating to investor information in the CRM system and investor portal experience, ultimately responsible for data management and integrity across both platforms
• Spearhead best practices for managing investor and financial information across the firm, including troubleshooting and developing a standard operating procedure for the CRM system and fund performance tracking
• Support fundraising efforts across all strategies, including creating investor materials and facilitating investor due diligence
• Market research to identify new sources of capital and develop thought leadership around market trends and industry developments
• Participate in special projects related to business development of the firm
• Participate in internal investment, mortgage and asset management meetings to understand and communicate the firm's activities to board members and stakeholders
• Assist in preparation and dissemination of materials for external and internal use for major transactions and capital raising initiatives on a selective basis

Qualification of the Role
• Undergraduate degree in business or finance
• 2+ years of experience in any of the following disciplines: investment banking, capital markets, private
markets / equity, corporate development, investor relations
• Strong intellectual ability, communication and interpersonal skills to establish credibility with investors,
lenders and senior leaders in the firm
• Financial acumen in reporting, private equity investment structures and institutional investors
• Ability to lead market research and present findings to team and senior leaders
• High level of proficiency of in financial modeling and presentations
