We’re looking for a Delivery Lead / Senior Delivery Lead who can push our delivery craft
forward, coach and manage a team of delivery managers, and support some of the most
complex engagements in our studio.
We’ve been helping our clients build products that users love for the past two decades, and we
have recently joined a large consulting company to help us accelerate our mission: To help the most
impactful organizations in the world drive sustainable and progressive growth. Our clients range
from scaleups to large multinationals, and the problem sets are as diverse as the wide range of
industries we work with.

Delivery management is at the core of how we create value for both our organization and our
clients. Our delivery managers have a deep understanding of the software lifecycle, product
management, project management, and client services. They are critical to some of our most
complex engagements, as they are able to both articulate and develop comprehensive plans.
Their role also includes understanding the business and technical requirements for success so
they can anticipate / mitigate risk, foster collaboration, and unblock challenges.

The successful candidate will not only take on the leadership of our existing delivery
management team, but will also be influential in how we integrate our delivery expertise into
our new powerful platform. As a people-centric organization, we are seeking a leader who can
quickly context switch between coaching / mentoring their team and providing tangible value to
our clients.

About the Role
● We handle projects of all shapes and sizes. We get to work on
a wide range of engagements, including crucial government projects, major financial
services transformations, and nimble startup problem solving. The Delivery Lead brings
rich experience across multiple industries and project types, and is a key expert /
influence through planning, solutioning, and execution.
● We hire and grow some of the most competent delivery managers in our
community. The Delivery Lead is an integral part of our people-centric management
framework, and they are accountable for hands-on coaching, hiring, career
development, and fostering a collaborative culture.
● We focus on leveling up the craft across the studio. Delivery management is a core
craft here, and our Delivery Lead will play a critical role in articulating and defining the

value proposition of this pillar. This is a ‘hands-on’ role that may include introducing /
standardizing processes, developing assets, and advocating for best practices.
● We help strengthen our relationships with our clients through solving meaningful
problems. We have relationships with the vast majority of the
key scaleups and large companies in Canada. Delivery Leads help us build upon this
strong foundation by either shaping new engagements or by deepening existing ones
through excellence in the craft. They bring essential soft skills for relationship
development, including communication and collaborative problem solving. They are able
to navigate both strategic and execution-focused situations.
About You
● Can demonstrate deep a understanding of SDLC, software architecture, and modern
product methodologies (Lean, HCD, etc.) honed through countless delivery projects
● Proven experience in human-centric people management: We help our reports grow and
achieve their goals, while always keeping their well-being in mind
● Excellence in client services and stakeholder management in both strategic and tactical
environments.
● Demonstrated ability to manage complex large scale software development projects
● Strong history of collaboration with product managers, designers, user researchers,
developers and QAs
● A technical background, leadership experience in management consulting, or agency
experience are all bonuses
