Job description:
We are looking for a Junior Client Success Manager who will assist the Client Success Team in developing relationships with our existing clients across all levels and support them as they use our products to meet their goals.. You'll take the lead on some initiatives and see them through to success.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Client Services Team in the day to day management of the key accounts and the department initiatives.
• Liaise with the Operations team in order to respond to Client requests and support the live operations monitoring of services.
• Work with Quality Assurance to coordinate regarding Client needs and assess if they are met
• Create Client facing reports and use them to proactively engage our existing and new Clients
• Maintain strong working relationships with our Operations team, to support the delivery of work according to the scope and with a high degree of quality
• Track, analyze, and communicate key Client Health metrics and feedback
• Proactively seek out market information in order to effectively develop rapport with clients

Job Requirements
• Experience working in a professional services/ customer-facing role; must be comfortable communicating with clients
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Previous experience in Customer Service / Support, Account Management or Operations
• Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills
