Job Title: Microsoft Technology Partner Account Executive - Outside Sales

Job Summary: As a Microsoft Technology Partner Account Executive specializing in Outside Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients by promoting and selling our suite of Microsoft technology solutions. Leveraging your deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, you will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to drive business value. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector.


  1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

    • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on how Microsoft technology solutions can address client requirements and drive business growth.
  2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Microsoft technology solutions to existing clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  3. Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical experts, solution architects, and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client satisfaction.
    • Work closely with Microsoft representatives to stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends, and leverage this knowledge to drive sales opportunities.
  4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to Microsoft technologies.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for growth and differentiation in the market.
  5. Pipeline Management and Reporting:

    • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking all activities, opportunities, and interactions with clients in CRM systems.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics to the leadership team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on technology solutions, preferably in the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products and services, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant) would be a plus.
