- Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics services, ensuring efficient execution of operational projects and change requests within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with the Service Director to optimize resource allocation, aligning with client demands and project requirements. Regularly monitor resource utilization to identify and address any bottlenecks or deficiencies.
- Maintain regular engagement with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure our service delivery aligns with their requirements.
- Strategize with the Service Director to develop and implement initiatives aimed at providing top-quality analytics services to clients, aligning with the objectives and priorities of the RPA & EA CoE.
- Develop service offerings, delivery methodologies, and comprehensive plans to efficiently meet client requirements.
- Cultivate a team culture that promotes collaboration, inclusivity, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
- Implement and enforce robust quality assurance processes, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of our analytics services.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, including technical risks, resource constraints, and client dependencies.
- Monitor service delivery performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal service quality.
- Collaborate with the visualization team to generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate operations performance metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency improvements to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Analytics and 3+ years of experience in RPA.
- Have excellent problem solving and analytical skills necessary to support large scale IT systems and networks.
- Experience developing RPA and Enterprise Analytics service offerings, delivery methodologies, and comprehensive plans to efficiently meet client requirements.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, and Synapse
- Good communication and organization skills – able to explain technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Team player & collaborates well in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Software Development a plus.
- Experience with either Blue Prism or UI Path
- The following Blue Prism certifications, while not required, would be of added benefit, Blue Prism Foundation Training, Blue Prism Installation Engineer Certification, Blue Prism Technical Architect Certification
