Job Title: Product Manager Lead - Proptech/Fintech

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and visionary Product Manager with a keen eye for product design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that our solutions are not only functional but also user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to create innovative products that meet the needs of our customers in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market needs.
• User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation within the Prop-tech fintech space.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and positioning in the market.
• Agile Development: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, including defining user stories, prioritizing features, and facilitating sprint planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and insights for continuous product improvement.
• Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and success, and use data to inform future product iterations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the Fintech or Prop-tech industries.
• Strong understanding of product design principles and user experience best practices.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive product decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
